Stephanie Champion has 12 years’ experience working in the voluntary, community and public sector. She is a qualified youth and community worker and has worked with a wide range of equalities led organisations both as a manager, trainer and consultant, working within youth work, mental health, women’s organisations and as an equalities officer.
Stephanie has been writing and delivering training for 10 years and has delivered sessions to diverse audiences including young people, volunteers and senior leaders. She is the writer and developer of ‘Equality, Access and Inclusion audit tool’ for youth focused organisations and has developed specialist equality audit training.
