Savita is an experienced senior manager with a strong base in project management, problem solving and organisational change.
Goal-driven and results-oriented, she is skilled in building and leading teams, equally comfortable working independently or across multiple sites.
Prince2 qualified and an associate consultant to the Royal College of Nursing in equality and diversity, Savita has worked in the non-profit sector for over 30 years and as a volunteer for over 22 years.
Much of Savita’s recent work has been to support and sustain women’s organisations, with a focus on tackling domestic violence and supporting women’s emotional health and wellbeing.
Previously she built three charities from scratch and has stepped into interim management roles in established charities/local authorities that required a new perspective.
