Theory of Change is a tried and tested tool for getting, and communicating, clarity about why the approach your organisation takes works. It’s also a great way for your team and other stakeholders to come together to talk about the building blocks of your impact.

Why is this session relevant or important now?
Increasingly funders are asking to see a ToC, particularly for larger or more complex projects. Developing one provides a useful tool, and an opportunity for whole-team reflection and learning.

What else do you need to know?
This course is set to run online using Zoom. To take part, you will need a laptop with a camera, microphone, and Wi-Fi. You will not require any additional software, and you don't need a Zoom account or to download the app to take part, but you may wish to do so.
