BIF2 Peer Learning – End of Year Evaluation Paperwork Café (in-person)

This event will be held at St Werburghs Community Centre.

Recognising that completing the end of year monitoring and evaluation paperwork for your BIF2 Grant takes both time and focus Voscur and BSWN are putting on two evaluation paperwork ‘cafes’.  

These group sessions will help you carve out time in your diary to concentrate on this task, away from distractions back at your organisation, surrounded by people working on the same task, with support available from Nathalie (BSWN) and Sarah (Voscur). There will be plenty of tea, fruit and biscuits available to fuel you! We hope it will feel a bit like working in a slightly quieter cafe.  

We’ve purposefully put these sessions in quite close to your reporting deadline, but this isn’t us suggesting you leave the paperwork to the last minute. Rather this is a (near) final chance to work on any sections you’re struggling with, and potentially support your BIF2 peers by offering to do a bit of ‘I’ll read yours if you read mine’.   

We expect you may be focusing in on sections such as case studies, and evidencing your projects impact. 

We’re putting on two dates, and you are welcome to come to both but as places are limited please only sign up if you know you can make it. The sessions are two hours and we ask people come for the whole slot.
