What is this workshop about?
Good communication with your stakeholders is essential to the success of your organisation. Like any other activities, communication needs to be well planned and thought through. This workshop will take you through the various stages of developing a good communication strategy, and will enable you to understand the practical decisions you need to make in terms of communication. It will also introduce some of the communication tools that could be used as part of your communication plan.
