Making the case for core funding

What is this course about?

Increasing numbers of funders are willing to give grants for core costs, but making the case for this is a different job to applying for project funding. This lunchtime session will give some tips on how to put a core funding case together, and what sort of funders to apply to.

Who is this course for?

It’s for trustees and staff with fundraising responsibilities. 

As an advanced level course, participants are expected to have previous experience of developing project funding proposals, and a grasp of their organisational finances. The session will build on this previous experience by distinguishing approaches relevant to applications for core funding.

This course is scheduled to run online, to take part, you will need a laptop with a camera, microphone, and Wi-Fi. You won't need any other software.
