Lori has been working as an independent consultant since 1996. Her practice builds on considerable experience of work in the social purpose sector and with housing, community, health and social care and heritage organisations. Clients include multi-agency partnerships, local authorities, national, regional and local charities and social enterprises. She has a track record in stakeholder engagement and is an experienced facilitator. She uses a range of techniques to bring people together to achieve shared goals.
She also specialises in evidencing impact and in qualitative evaluation, either as an independent, external evaluator; or working with organisations to develop self-evaluation tools and processes. She brings this perspective into the facilitation of strategic planning work, so that organisations consider their unique offer and factors that contribute to their effectiveness as part of their planning processes.
Lori is a Non-Executive Director of Suez Communities Trust, which gives her insight into the funder perspective. She has extensive experience as a Trustee, and is currently a member of the Frome Vale Academy Council and chairs the Carriageworks Action Group, which brings together a diverse group of stakeholders to achieve the redevelopment of the Carriageworks site in Stokes Croft.
