Through our previous work providing tailored facilitation and consultancy, we have often been asked to deliver coaching and mentoring for key individuals within an organisation. For example, current and previous projects include:
- External supervision for a Director managing major contract recommissioning and board development.
- Mentoring a senior manager to lead the development of an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Strategy for a national organisation supporting people with lived experience of domestic abuse.
- Coaching a CEO to manage a process of change following internal conflict and consequent risks to delivery and governance compliance.
- Mentoring a small group of trustees to plan and implement a transformation of their board to lead their organisation our of a period of declining incomes and inadequate governance controls.
Through the VCSE Academy we are now working to develop this as a specific learning and support offer and to utilise the qualified coaches in our team.
